A master surgical educator: the “intrinsic” factor of Dr. Paul Greig

      In the spring of 2019, one of the giants of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and transplant surgery retired. Dr. Paul Greig, a master surgeon, outstanding educator, and wonderful human being decided that the time of putting his knife down had finally come. As with many great musicians, he knew exactly when the right moment to stop his music arrived. His retirement, however, should not be in silence. His amazing legacy is too loud for that, even louder than his beloved rock and roll music.
